That seems a bit tricky to me. The FCC page does say it's licensed as a translator rather than an LP, it's true — but from what I can glean from its article, it seems to be acting more like an LP than an LD (that is, it's not rebroadcasting another terrestrial station from another market, but directly picking up its own standalone network "affiliations" as an entity in its own right), so basically it seems to be operating right inside the grey area between the two things.
In reality, it's not at all clear that it would actually qualify for an article at all — as with radio stations, NMEDIA's base requirement for a television station to get an automatic presumption of notability just because it exists is that it produces at least a little bit of its own original programming (i.e. a local newscast). Stations that don't do that can, of course, still be notable if they clear WP:GNG on the strength of reliable source coverage, but none is being shown here. So I'm very unclear on why the article got approved at AFC in the first place, and probably the appropriate response here is to list it for AFD. Bearcat (talk) 16:06, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
- This also works, although I'll still need to make sure it lands in right spot on the list article eventually. I hadn't even looked through the history of the article, but it looks like it was turned down 7-8 times at AFC before approval. Can open, worms everywhere, but I'm fairly sure that are a bunch of articles out there that are pretty darn similar to this one. Mlaffs (talk) 03:04, 13 April 2017 (UTC)

I'm now a radio broadcaster myself. If you want to help me create a page for WPJB-LP, 93.3 FM, Jesus Radio, Selma Alabama, Selma's Christian Music Leader, I give you permission to do so. 2600:6C58:700B:300:B89D:CDE:48FD:9B99 (talk) 04:25, 29 April 2017 (UTC)Dan Presley <>< — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:6C58:700B:300:B89D:CDE:48FD:9B99 (talk) 20:04, 28 April 2017 (UTC)
