Response to the message.

I am trying to set up Prof. Feng memorial in Wiki. It is my first time to do the job here in my spear time. I am learning too. For copyright issue, I will give link on Notes. If you know how to do, you can help me to edit here. There is nothing commercial for profit. It is just pure driving by admiration of our race.

Keep me updated. thank you

Hi - Well, first, please see WP:NOTMEMORIAL. An article here about Prof Feng has to be based on secondary reliable sources, per the guidelines at Wikipedia:Notability (people). There's a wizard for creating articles, see Wikipedia:Article wizard 2.0 which includes many questions about the topic you're creating an article about and guidelines about how to write the article. Copying text from other online sources is generally not permissible, whether the intent is commercial or not. Although Wikipedia is itself non-profit, all of its content is published under the GFDL which explicitly allows the content to be republished for any purpose (including commercial purposes) as long as the republishing is also done under the terms of the GFDL (if you're familiar with software licenses, this is a documentation license like the GPL for software).
After reviewing the links above, if you would like to rewrite the article please feel free. As it currently stands, the article either needs to be deleted or completely rewritten. If you'd like, I can move it to your user space for the time being while you work on it (this will prevent it being deleted by a more aggressive administrator). Assuming there are sufficient sources to base an article on, I think this might be the best approach. If there aren't enough sources, the article will have to be deleted. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.
I hope that you don't find this to be a discouraging editing experience. I notice you have not been welcomed yet, so welcome to Wikipedia! I really do hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Speedy deletion nomination of Shechao Charles Feng

edit

A tag has been placed on Shechao Charles Feng requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
