Although this article should pass criteria 2 or 5 of WP:MUSIC,The main reason that this article has failed it's many reviews is because the references don't seem very notable. This article follows WikiProject Electronic music and most references here are notable enough to be listed as 'news coverage' in the 'Electronic music sources' section. Nevertheless, here is a list of most references (without a Wikipedia page) used in this article with an 'about us' page which would have a list of editorial staff showing that these sources are not just blogs and have some sort of editorial oversight or staff:

Royalty-free music edit

I think the fact that this guy releases royalty free music is notable enough to be explicitly mentioned and not just something you can derive from the name of his project NoCopyrightSongs. It's such an altruistic thing to do and has helped many youtubers. It's actually quality music which of course is subjective and therefor not fit for Wikipedia but it has been opined by some notable streamers. For instance here is content creator KnightmareFrame who does Warframe tutorials and streams talking about and enjoying the song "Everlasting", which used to be his intro music (timestamped) https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1099519113?t=01h44m22s
