==Please do not continue to vandalize Wikipedia== Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Bwithh 01:43, 18 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • Please accept my apologies. I was a little hasty and I think now your edit was in good faith. You do need to give your references/source when other editors ask you though. Your addition may be valid (from my google search on this), but it sounds made-up and potentially it may seem like vandalism. Bwithh 19:49, 18 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Anne Frank's cats edit

You previously contributed to this article (posibly when it was Moortje) but it has been AfDed and I wonder if you'd consider passing comment. Robertsteadman 07:36, 30 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Rose Wilder Lane edit

Thanks for your well-sourced contribution! I thought it greatly expanded the article's presentation of her collaboration with her mother. DickClarkMises 04:54, 7 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Lund, Wisconsin edit

According to the Wisconsin Atlas & Gazetteer, Lund, Wisconsin is located in the town of Pepin in Pepin County. In Pierce County, Lund, Wisconsin also is located in the town of Maiden Rock. According to the atlas the Little House Wayside is not too far from Lund, Wisconsin. The Wayside is also located in the town of Pepin. I hope the information helps. Thanks-RFD 14:58, 14 April 2007 (UTC) Towns are municipalities within the counties they are in.RFD 16:01, 14 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi! In Wisconsin, a town is a municipality under the Wisconsin Constitution. You would have unincorporated communities like Lund, Wisconsin whose services are provided by the towns, they are in.Thanks-RFD 15:03, 14 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Hi! One more thing, if you feel you need to make changes in the Laura Ingalls Wilder article relating to her birthplace that I put in- please make the changes. I am flexible. I was just trying to provide accurate information where exactly Mrs. Wilder was born. My apologies for any problems. Thanks-RFD 15:35, 14 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
The change looks good. I am concern someone might make another change.Thank you again-RFD 11:46, 16 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
I noticed your discussion on RFD's talk page, and I can answer this one for I have traveled all the way across the state and visited the site. The replica house on the plot of land that the family owned. It is on a road all by itself (no surrounding buildings), so it's not located in EITHER Lund or Pepin. It's most likely in the Township of Pepin. RFD is correct about the government divisions in Wisconsin (township vs city/village). It is located closer to Lund than Pepin. WP:PipeOrgan needs you! edit

Hi everyone.

In case you haven't spotted it, Pipe organ is a featured article candidate. If any of you can lend a hand to address the concerns, the WikiProject PipeOrgan would be indebted to you. The article itself is in pretty good shape, there are some concerns about the referencing at the moment, so if you have any reliable sources that may be useful, please have a look at the article.

Many thanks, –MDCollins (talk) 00:50, 14 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

List of pipe organ stops edit

Hello Melos Antropon: I noticed that you recently reverted edits on the List of pipe organ stops page. I am curious why you did so. Those edits are clearly not vandalism and organized, improved (grammar) and expanded the quality of the content. Best regards. Hrdinský 07:24, 12 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello Melos Antropon: After further review of the edits made by User:Мэй Уэст, I have concluded that the changes were constructive enhancements to the article. If you feel there was something overlooked in the revision, a submission on the discussion page would be appropriate. Kind regards. Hrdinský 05:13, 23 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for November 29 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Symphony No. 3 (Saint-Saëns), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Charles Munch (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

January 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Gtwfan52. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. With as much detail as you have in this great addition, you can't be writing it from memory. Please cite your source and put it back! Gtwfan52 (talk) 22:21, 22 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Adding references can be easy edit

Just follow the steps 1, 2 and 3 as shown and fill in the details

Hello! Here's how to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain the Wikipedia policy of verifiability.

Adding well formatted references is actually quite easy:

  1. While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "Cite". Click on it.
  2. Then click on "Templates".
  3. Choose the most appropriate template and fill in as many details as you can. This will add a well formatted reference that is helpful in case the web URL (or "website link") becomes inactive in the future.
  4. Click on Preview when you're done filling out the 'Cite (web/news/book/journal)' to make sure that the reference is correct.
  5. Click on Insert to insert the reference into your editing window content.
  6. Click on Show preview to Preview all your editing changes.
  • Before clicking on Save page, check that a References header   ==References==   is near the end of the article.
  • And check that   {{Reflist}}    is directly underneath that header.
7.  Click on Save page. ...and you've just added a complete reference to a Wikipedia article.

You can read more about this on Help:Edit toolbar or see this video File:RefTools.ogv.
Hope this helps, --Gtwfan52 (talk) 22:22, 22 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

December 2013 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Our Lady of the Angels School fire may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • In keeping with city fire codes, the building had a brick exterior (to prevent fires from spreading from building-to-building as in the [[ Great Chicago Fire]] of 1871.
