Speedy deletion nomination of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://mafiadoc.com/applying-the-user-experience-questionnaire-ueq-amazon-web-_59ad30a31723ddb8c5615468.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi Guys, is this a joke. I own the copyright (I am one of the authors of this article)!
- Hi, Martin. Have you read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest? I have moved your article into draft space because it doesn't currently meet the requirements for inclusion. Frankly, it reads like promotion of the concept. Please understand I am not doubting the goodness of your intention in creating it, but you need to understand the guidelines for writing an article. I would suggest you submit the draft for review and work on any improvements that are recommended, or better still, ask for assistance from more experienced Wikipedians. Hi, I just created a new version. The described questionnaire is a quite common one (has around 300 scientific citations and is quite often used in industry) and so I see no reason why it should have no entry (there is for example also an entry for the SUS questionnaire). Does Wikipedia contain entries for scientific methods? If yes I see no reason not to have it. If no, OK then delete it. I just read an article that Wikipedia is facing a loss of authors. Maybe discussions like this one are a reason for this. I created in the past (some years ago) several articles for wikipedia (under a different user, but I forgot my password and was forced to create a new account). There it was fun and felt really good and productive and such discussions did not take place.
- If you don't see why, then it would appear that you haven't read the guidelines I referred you to. I suggest you just submit the draft and you'll get a response from others to reinforce what I've already tried to explain to you. Deb (talk) 14:11, 25 April 2018 (UTC)
I personally have not the time or the intention to proceed with this discussion. Do what you want I am out. Was my first attempt after several years to write something for Wikipedia and will be my last one. Have fun in killing the idea with over formalism!
