What don't you understand? This is the lead sentence used in all Pokemon species articles. Do you not understand why they are grouped together? Please explain what we need to explain. _Blake ^{(Talk·Edits)} 22:02, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

It says they are "Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise." Is this not enough? I will bring up a discussion at the Pokemon project if you wish. _Blake ^{(Talk·Edits)} 22:18, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
