Gender pay gap edit

Hi! I saw that you added some content to the article for the gender pay gap. This is one of the articles on Wikipedia that is more closely watched, as it's a topic that can be fairly controversial and as such, have many different viewpoints. What this means is that any contributions to the article need to be very carefully written to make sure that it's as neutral as possible and sourced with the strongest possible sources.

I noticed that one of your additions wasn't sourced, so it was removed from the article by another editor, Pengortm. I also noted that the other content you added had some issues with subjective tone. For example, the phrase "it's logical" is subjective to the reader as some may see the following text as logical while others will strongly disagree. You also need to make sure that you attribute any claims so that it doesn't come across as original research.
