The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or a topic ban. I host www.sainiinfo.com and I m trying to protect my community’s history. It has been abused on this page which we have created in past. Please verify your “right” to reverse genuine information uploaded on Saini page on Wikipedia. Why you have deleted right information and replaced with wrong information ? Best Regards Manjit S. Wikipedia needs more responsible moderators

Creating wiki talk/page is easy. But it needs life time knowledge to keep it running. Visiting page and your edits dose not make you ‘pro’, your knowledge dose. People like “spacemanSpiff” visit your page and take over for political reasons and kick you out and ‘ban’ your edits. spacemanSpiff have zero knowledge about Saini people, he may learn some stuff from non reliable source but in reality his behaviour shows nil knowledge. At same time my community suffering from his behaviour.

That's not how it works. You were blocked as: "Clearly not here to contribute to the encyclopedia, just advancing an agenda" in an area subject to discretionary sanctions. You need to convince us that the reasons for the block no longer apply. Reread the posts and warnings above, and the replies to your posts to article talk pages if you don't understand why you were blocked. A quick look at your edits shows that you are a WP:SPA making contentious edits and have repeatedly made mention of websites that you host.
