Welcome to Wikipedia, Maddin3000! I am Worm That Turned and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. Thank you for your contributions. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions check out Wikipedia:Questions, or feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or type {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. Again, welcome!

I should also point out that I'm happy to take on users for adoption, so if you'd like any help let me know. Worm 14:57, 27 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
Hey Worm, thank you for your instructions. I only just saw, that you are offering me adoption. However in the meantime another User was offering too and I choose him, because he's a native German speaker. Thanks anyway! Maddin3000 (talk) 11:26, 28 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
That's quite alright. I'm rather busy with my current adoptees now, so I'm not going to complain about being trounced ;) Feel free to ask me any questions if you like though. WormTT · (talk) 11:31, 28 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Adoption request edit

I noticed you're seeking adoption. Would you like me to adopt you? It may help that I am also a native German speaker (but I do the vast majority of my editing on the English Wikpedia these days). -- Nczempin (talk) 11:34, 31 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hey Nczempin, I would be happy, if you would adopt me! Maddin3000 (talk) 11:29, 28 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Okay. Do note that you will be my first official adoptee, so I am learning the ropes of adopting as you are learning the ropes of wikipedia-ing. And right now I am very busy, but hopefully I will have more time starting with the coming weekend. In the meantime, feel free to ask me anything specific. You can also send me an email if you like. -- Nczempin (talk) 14:56, 28 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
In tidying up the category I've updated your adoption status to adopted. Hope that's ok. WormTT · (talk) 07:42, 2 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
That's totally okay. I've forgot it. Maddin3000 (talk) 10:24, 2 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Stats in football players' infoboxes edit

Hello, I'm Jaellee. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions were not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.

You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats. For articles that use a DMY date format, use five tildes (~~~~~), or for MDY dates, use {{subst:mdytime}}. This will generate the specific time the update was made.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, --Jaellee (talk) 19:54, 6 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello Maddin3000,

Would you be bale to translate the below article for the German wikipedia? I have been making requests to translators on the List of German translators. Have not yet had any replies.
