Thigh gap

Any chance you could have a look at Thigh gap and check that my assessment is correct?--Launchballer 11:04, 1 December 2013 (UTC)

Hi User:Launchballer! Blimey, that's a surreal article. I had no idea this was even an issue. Nowt so crazy as folk. But in regards to your question, Are you asking if it is correctly assessed as start class? My take would be that it's borderline but yes, seems OK to call it start class. Yes, that was exactly what I was asking - see this exchange between me and Bonkers The Clown.--Launchballer 11:35, 1 December 2013 (UTC)

Edit warring on Christian Dior

Hi. Surely, you are aware of the three revert rule, and you would be well advised not to forget about this rule going forward. With regard to your continuous insisting on editing what you call "a piffling little piece of ridiculousness," it appears that it is not so piffling to you, since you have elevated the matter to the level of an "edit war." Be it as it may, you are dead wrong insisting that the sentence: "However, the Paris socialite and Dior's acquaintance Alexis von Rosenberg, Baron de Rédé..." is not grammatically correct. It absolutely is, and I most certainly welcome other editors to weigh in on this subject.--Fashiongroupie (talk) 02:52, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
See the discussion at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reference_desk/Language#Moving_query_about_possessive_here_from_very_much_dead_Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Grammar_help_page. - very interesting, with arguments for both readings, and some very good suggestions for alternative wordings.
