If you are unfamiliar with core content policies you should not conduct AfC reviews. At this point this also includes adding yourself to the list of active reviewers. You're still an effective wiki-newborn and it would be a shame for your career here to end in such a catastrophic manner. The next time you add yourself to the list of reviewers without either prior establishment of a supporting consensus on WT:AFCor significant demonstrations of understanding the core content policies, I will open a discussion to propose that WP:AFC formally ban you from participating in the project (loosely construed) and seek authorization for sanctions by administrators to enforce the consensus. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
