From WP:EL: "Links normally to be avoided: ... Links to personal websites, including blogs and anonymous websites or webpages, except those allowed by policy (see WP:V)".

Please cite the policy under WP:V that justifies including your personal web site. Otherwise, please remove the link.

Again, it would be worthwhile to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia policy before entering into a revert war. --EEMeltonIV 23:50, 7 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content (particularly if you change facts and figures), as you have to the article HMAS Canberra (FFG 02), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -MBK004 00:23, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Operation Crossroads

edit

I notice that you have been making changes to Operation Crossroads. I am seeking to bring all the Manhattan Project articles to GA status or better. This one is in pretty good shape., What we need to do is get the whole article referenced by citing or removing text without references. Your help would be greatly appreciated.   Hawkeye7 (talk) 01:40, 4 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
