New articles edit

- If you want to create virtually empty, unsourced stubs in mainspace you'll find they're deleted fatser than your "new users" can get to them. Draft:Lamar Times is an accessible title for new users and better practice as it doesn't carry the implication that the page should be judged as a viable article as Lamar Times does.
