Also, WP:BLPNAME, which is a policy (or as you would understand it, a "rule"), says "The presumption in favor of privacy is strong in the case of family members of articles' subjects and other loosely involved, otherwise low-profile persons." Ian.thomson (talk) 01:43, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Ian.thomson, I had been blocked for three months and I get blocked again. My first edit and I get blocked. What the heck! I couldn't go back and use my old account because admin Ponyo did not set an expiry date. I had no choice but to create new account and now I get blocked again for no reason. No one else has a problem with adding full names and birthdates. There is nothing in the guidelines on French Wikipedia, Wikia, IMDB or any other. I didn't see anything in the guidelines and I am being serious. For some reason, admins went ahead and made up whatever they wanted. How would you feel if you were blocked for no reason at all. One other thing I want you to know. I'll never understand admins blocking users/admins for no reason/things they didn't do wrong. But if it makes you feel better to do so, go ahead. I just hope one day you aren't given the same treatment as you give others. (KrazyPerson (talk) 01:56, 27 February 2016 (UTC))Reply

Decline reason:

You, the person, are blocked. from editing, The block is indefinite, which means it will not expire on its own but will last until you convince us that your editing privileges should be reinstated. Creating a new account to circumvent a block is considered block evasion and will see the new account blocked, too. If you want to be unblocked, request an unblock from your original account. (Also, "I had no choice but to create new account"? Wrong, you could have chosen not to edit Wikipedia. Huon (talk) 02:05, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

(edit conflict) It was already explained to you that you do not "create a new account" when your old one is still blocked -- see WP:ILLEGIT. YOU as a person are blocked, not simply the account. It was also explained that we "do not include the full names and birth dates of minors unless they are independently notable" per WP:BLPNAME. That is a policy. If you "didn't see anything in the guidelines" then either you weren't looking at all or WP:CIR applies.
It may not be obvious, but this is the English Wikipedia, and so the standards of the French Wikipedia or Wikia have no bearing here. It should be blindingly obviously that this is definitely not IMDB.
As for admins blocking you: if all the traffic is heading your way, you're probably in the wrong lane. Ian.thomson (talk) 02:06, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

I Would Like To Talk edit

Let me rephrase that. It was my only option, if I wanted to edit on Wikipedia again and not reveal my IP address again. I couldn't request an unblock because I was blocked from that too. But some IP address reported me. Nobody had a problem with adding full names or birthdates. Until I ran into Meters and Ponyo. Is the reason we can't add full names and birth dates because we don't have the licensing.(KrazyPerson (talk) 02:16, 27 February 2016 (UTC))Reply

You were blocked for a reason, and those reasons were explained repeatedly. If you are not willing to understand them, then you do not belong here. If you cannot understand them, you should find something else to do that's more on your level.
As has been explained repeatedly, if you want to edit, you need to go to appeal the block on your first account. See Wikipedia:Standard offer and (since the talk page access was revoked after the temper tantrum you threw), WP:UTRS (which you will need to appeal your block).
Because you tend to not read links given to you, I will go on ahead and explain it for you: You need to not create another account for at least six months, then go to WP:UTRS and follow the instructions there. When applying for an unblock, you need to promise to quit making sockpuppet accounts, promise to follow WP:BLPNAME, and promise to cooperate with other users. You also need to avoid blaming other people just because you don't know what you're doing.
That is your only chance of editing here without being blocked. If you aren't willing to take it, then go away.
As for your claim that "nobody has a problem with adding full names or birthdates," you are clearly lying to yourself about that. It has nothing to do with licensing, and asking that after the reason has been explained to you repeatedly only makes you look like an incompetent troll. Let Me Rephrase edit

Request reason:

There are full names and birth dates on this Wikipedia. Some people don't even have problems with them is what I meant to say and is changing them.

Decline reason:

This has already been explained to you, both explicitly and via numerous policy links you've been pointed too, yet you still don't seem to get it. OhNoitsJamie Talk 02:43, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

There's a difference between the full names and birthdates of notable grown adults, and non-notable small children. Ian.thomson (talk) 02:39, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

IP Addresses edit

Why do admins need to know other users IP addresses? You can't add family members birthdays and names, but they need to see IP addresses. I don't want anyone knowing my address. Do you want to know how old I am?(KrazyPerson (talk) 02:50, 27 February 2016 (UTC))Reply

Talk page access revoked since you're not seriously addressing your block. You've been given plenty of information on how to appeal your block already. I hope you get whatever help you need elsewhere. Ian.thomson (talk) 02:57, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
