Your recent editing history at Ingush people shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Edit warring at Ingush people

edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

The full report is at the edit warring noticeboard. You have continued to revert after being warned in an earlier complaint about the same population numbers. EdJohnston (talk) 01:21, 27 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Blocked for sockpuppetry

edit

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

usage of multiple accounts

Decline reason:

You knew perfectly well that you couldn't use multiple accounts, as you were caught and blocked for doing so previously. I'm tempted to extend your block indefinitely as a result of this claim but will refrain from doing so, giving you the possibility of making one more unblock request (or waiting out the block). Additionally, talk only about your own actions, not those of other users. See WP:GAB to understand how to craft an acceptable unblock request. Yamla (talk) 22:15, 3 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I aknowledge the usage of multiple accounts, was unaware that it was forbidden to have multiple accounts. But I did not vandalise the page, like the user Reinier Gavriel (see edit hsitory of the Ingush people.

I assure you that the wrong person is blocked in this situation, for the way the page is edited at this point, is pure Chechen propaganda. You are not aware of the hostilities between the Ingush and Chechens. I am an Ingush, and the Chechen users are misleading the readers who want to learn about the Ingush, you can see the propaganda more and more by the day. If you will look, you can tell that there is more and more unvalid information put there, in order to portray the Ingush people as traitors. Or as Chechens who have 'lost their way'.

This is a very serious matter. I will refray from editing with different accounts, if you unblock me. But musk ask you to take this matter more seriously, cause I have provided sources that are valid, and can provide dozens more. As you see, everything that proves that the Ingush have a rich history is being removed by a person who wrote in his profile that he is Japanese, yet he writes from a Chechen point of view, which I find very odd. Japanes people cannot be aware of these things, and it is obvious propaganda. --Kisteti (talk) 21:48, 3 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Yamla The thing is, that my actions are a result of other user’s edits that are portraying my people as a subethnos and traitors, you can even tell that Ingush people is the only page where I am really active. I am not out to sabotage anyone. I just want people to get accurate information about my people. I was only blocked once for 2 days before, because a user did not agree with me. In those 2 days information kept changing on the page. That’s the only reason I used different accounts. I was not aware of the term socketpuppetry before, but I acknowledge the situation. To me this a serious matter. You don’t see it that way, because you are not aware of the hostilities in the region. You should really read the changes made on the page in the last days. Who can I contact to look into this?

Kisteti (talk) 11:33, 4 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
You are blocked. While you are blocked, your only path forward is to request an unblock. WP:GAB explains how to do that. As noted, you are unlikely to be unblocked in the near future, considering your deliberate violations of WP:SOCK. Note that your statements above give me deep pause. It's quite possible you will never be unblocked without a topic ban, due to WP:SPA and WP:BATTLEGROUND, but that's for the next reviewing admin. --Yamla (talk) 11:36, 4 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Yamla Ok, thank you. I will proceed to take the steps you informed me about. My approach to this matter should have been different, I agree. But am I still allowed to request an another unblock? --Kisteti (talk) 22:28, 4 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

You are welcome to request an unblock. Make sure you talk only about your actions, not those of other users. --Yamla (talk) 12:04, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello @Yamla, I would like to ask you or someone from Wikipedia to look into what is going on that the 'Ingush people' article. I have not been editing since I was blocked. But I have been following the article from time to time. And noticed that other users who have nothing to do with me are being blocked for sucket-puppetry. This is very odd. You can see which edits I made before. And I do not even agree; with most of the last edits between users 'Reiner Gavriel' and 'Dzjabito', but why is user Dzjabito blocked? Why is everyone who corrects Reiner Gavriel's edits, being blocked?

Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingush_people

Please check the talk page at sections 'Kists' and 'Vandalism of the ‘History‘ section by user Reiner Gavriel' You will see that Reiner Gavriel is the user previously known under the name of 'Zandxo'. And you can also see, that he did not come to an agreement, and he does as he pleases. Can someone please look into this. This is a serious matter.
