Proposed deletion of Hal-Li

Article seems to explain some seemingly unrelated words in another language. Purpose, scope, ... are totally unclear. We are not a dictionary.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
