this is a bogus block. I have been editing errors out of Resident Evil cause I am in a trivia thing with this other person and when I find an error I fix it. I don't have more than one IP that is crap. I don't have more than one user name, I don't even know where that came from. I have two computers. One as in the one I am on now is in my office/gameroom. The other is the family computer in the living room which has TV. As I frequently go between the two over the course of the day. SOmetimes I am on this one and others I am on that one watching tv and working or doing whatever. I did not engage in an editing war. THe merchant is a support character. He sells weapons and items to aid you in the game. How much more closer do you have to get to the term support do you have to get. I didn't delete the minor one cause it had an important link which I didn't know how to move to the new entry which I thought people would find important so I left it there. The charges brought against me are false and bogus I wish to have my account unbanned. This frankly is an outrage that I have to be punished for another user who was wrong, putting an error back into article. I am an RE fanboy. I have played all the games except three. Dead silence for the ds and Gaiden and Survivor 2. So I think I am a bit more qualified than this other user to know about Resident Evil. SO in conclusion please lift this ban as soon as possible please. Thankyou.

Request reason:
My block is based on having multiple accounts. Which I do not. Using multiple IPs, which I am not. And getting into an edit war. Which I did not. THe other person came and was screwing with the page. I wasn't even aware their were admins. What was being edited was I put The Merchant in support Character Status which he is. Ask Capcom. Through RE 4 he supplies you with guns, upgrades, health supplies, ext. That is the sole definition of support. Thus he deserves the place in Support Characters. So I fixed that little error. Then he came along and undid it, multiple times. His reasons weren't even valid reasons. I didn't even edit after that. I just undid his deletions with undo cause they were wrong. Thus by reasonable argument I wasn't even editing anymore thus can't have been in an edit war. He on the other hand was destroying an article. So now again I ask that my block be lifted under the reason that I was blocked under false pretexs and the reasons listed above as clearly I didn't break any rules. One Account, One IP address, No edit war. Cause under my ban it says that I am banned for having multiple accounts using different IP address to do an edit war. Even if the last arguement isn't there the first two definitly stand as I only have one account and have only one IP my house.

It says right here and this is copied from reason I was blocked. abusing multiple accounts: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Kevin7557: Logging out and using IP to edit war. I have only one account and only One IP. This is in clear controdiction of the reason I was banned. How am I in an editing war when I was making a simple correction that another member was destroying the pages authenticity. If you don't believe me ask Capcom and they will tell you that the merchant was a support character if not a main character. So this brings up the point of where were the mods when this person was continueing every day to destroy the page. Also there is nothing telling us what to do if another member is destroying a page. In fact in the contact wiki section when you look it up it says to correct the mistake yourself and that you can not contact wiki. Thus under those cercumstances what else am I supposed to do but follow the directions of the wiki site. It doesn't say if another memeber is destroying the website contact an admin. Plus I wasn't editing. I edited once and then undid his destruction of the page. So how is that an edit war?

Nothing much has been added to this request that is different than the above requests. You clearly do not understand that it is against the rules to do the same edit over and over and over again, even if you are right. You seem to think that because you believe yourself to be right, you get to force others to accept your version of an article. Secondly, you seem to think it is OK to log out and edit anonymously to avoid scrutiny and disguise that it is one person and not two repeatedly doing the same thing over and over. alright first off I don't log out and edit unanimusly. I like my record of edits thankyou. That happened once and the reason for that happening was my computer had logged me out of wiki and when I had submitted my edit I noticed that I wasn't sign in. That is not my fault and I will not denie that it was me. Second off that rule wasn't even posted anywhere or I would have obeyed it as I had no clue something was happening until I was banned. No warnings no nothing. Just log on one day and boom blocked. Third off that isn't my opinion it is fact. If you don't believe me ask capcom. ALso I don't think it is okay to "log out and edit anomously. Like I said usually I am signed in but occasionally when I log onto this computer something happens and I have to relog back into all sites. Beats me why. Umm no my position is that I did not know what I was doing was wrong as I did not receave any warning and it pretty much says in you contact wiki area to handle it yourself so under thos cercumstances the ban is false as I don't have more than one user name, I only have one IP to my knowledge, and I didn't sign out to edit anomously, Each point on which I am blocked under is false. Thus my bann is false. Persumming I don't get it is a mistake as I do (now that someone actually bothered to point out what I was doing was a voilation) get it. I am defending the cercumstances under which I was banned. You know this all could have been avoided if someone would have just given me a friendly little warning or asked me what I was doing which nether was did. And as this is a first offence it is rediculus that I didn't get a warning or a heads up. That is why I should be unblocked.

I would be more than happy to now that someone has told me the rules. As of now I am unblocked but this was rediculus. I am an honorable person. The rules were not explained nor was I warned against what I was doing as being a violation. In fact it pretty much says to handle it yourself when I looked at the contact wiki section. So what was I supposed to do under those conditions? No contact info, basically telling you to correct it yourself, so I did. If I had been warned or seen something different I would have went about it differently. Also I do no apprieciate the slander that I intentially logged out and edited annomiously. My computer, the other one, not the one I am on now has some issues about logging me out of all my websites so that I have to log back in. I did not know when I clicked edit that I wasn't signed in. And as soon as I saw I wasn't I logged back in. Plain and simple really. I would appreciate it if you would put those edits that I made when not logged in in my history to keep it accurate. I mean really most of this could have been cleared up if someone would have actually asked me what was happening before jumping to the wrong conclusions. I don't log out and edit, if I did how would people know it was me. I pride myself on my resident evil knowledge so such accusations without foundation are nothing more than slander against me and I don't appreciate that.
