Hello, I'm Sjö. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Baronage of Scotland, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please note that http://kingdomofbiffeche.net/ is a self-published source and as such not a useful source, se WP:SPS. You could use https://www.registryofscotsnobility.com/baronage/ as a source and restrict your edits to what can be sourced from there. Also, please note that references should not be added as naked links, instead they should be formatted with according to WP:REF. hi @Sjö I did add sources but they didn't save for some reason. Maybe there are too many reference links on the page? I added these:
https://www.stlmag.com/news/we-killed-the-king-reisinger/
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm12002126/bio/?ref_=nm_ov_bio_sm
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fabled-Cap-Inneryne-Baron/dp/B0CMJTQX7M Kellycrak88 (talk) 16:33, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
please do let me know if the page can support more referenced sources as it's not saving them, thank you Kellycrak88 (talk) 16:34, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
42 references are not too many, there are many articles with more than that. Please see WP:REF that I linked above about how to format references. I am going to revert your changes, but you can add content that is supported by reliable sources. However, IMDB is not a reliable sourcs as it is user-generated, and I don't know what you intend to source with the Amazon link. but it is probably not reliable as it is written by a person in one of the baronage families and appears to be printed by a company printing self-published books. St.Louis Magazine might be reliable. Are you perhaps related to the Reisingers?Sjö (talk) 16:45, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
which changes are you reverting as he is a confirmed baron - I've also got links to Lord Lyon court documents referring to recognising his title which I will add Kellycrak88 (talk) 16:47, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I have no connection whatsoever to Reisingers - however, I am familiar with them having read about them online and watched some of the movie he was in as as a Scottish Baron as documented on IMDB Kellycrak88 (talk) 16:49, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Why are you removing the Ronald Busch Reisinger, Baron of Inneryne and other barons from the page?
You can also check Burke's Peerage: https://www.burkespeerage.com/search.php
Him and his children are confirmed and recognised barons.
By removing barons you are vandalising the page. You've also removed the Earldom primary baronial title as per the formatting of the page it's in italics as it's not baron but still a baronage title. Kellycrak88 (talk) 16:55, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
As you have probably noticed I reverted all your latest changes, but you can restore any information that is reliably sourced. Frankly, you messed up the page adding unreliable information and poor formatting, and as I see it is up to you to correct your own mistakes. You might also want to discuss on the talk page where there is a discussion about reverting to the version of June 11: Talk:Baronage_of_Scotland#fantasy_kings_and_earls. Sjö (talk) 16:59, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I don't agree with reverting to June 11 as the old version the formatting was terrible, thank you for sending me that talk link I will contribute my ideas there. Will you kindly revert your changes and allow me to add sources the above for these barons? The court of the lord lyon clearly refers to the whole family in that link. Kellycrak88 (talk) 17:13, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
No, because doing that would mean that I intentionally added unsourced content and I don't want to do that. Sjö (talk) 17:26, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
then do you agree to me reverting you changes and then I can add the referenced sources I mentioned? Kellycrak88 (talk) 17:42, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
