Aavaas

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Aavaas, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.nepa-laya.com/artistdetail.php?id=7. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 16:58, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Aavaas

edit

A tag has been placed on Aavaas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers

edit

Hello there! I read your new article, Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers. It was nominated for speedy deletion, but I removed the template (tagging it as a non-notable company) because the article is not about a company. Furthermore, I can see that the subject is notable. I did what I could to clean up the article: formatted the citations, inserted wikilinks, and changed some basic sentence structure. However, I don't have much knowledge in the electrical engineering field. I would like to see the article get expanded, though, because I think it has potential. I've supplied a list of sources on the talk page of the article -- would you be willing to try to continue to expand the article? I'd be happy to proofread, etc. Cheers! Note: I also removed two of the sources. One was a broken link, and the other was a preprint. Because it was a preprint and is not yet peer-reviewed, I don't believe it would constitute a reliable source. However, that website has tons of peer reviewed articles that could be used. Proposed deletion of Aavaas

edit

The article Aavaas has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Lack of reliable referencing. Failure to meet WP notability guidelines.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
