Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

If you want to get unblocked here you will have to do two things: a. explain User talk:Jfish992, and b. declare any conflicts of interest you have: please read WP:COI carefully and act on it. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 00:29, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

A very long standing account, with multiple edits over the years. Haven't made or done anything abusive, or malicious edits. No conflicts of interest, or editing pages of relatives, family members, employers or friends. Have only ever had one single account, and always log in when I edit. The block notice mentions User:Jfish992 - this is not me, it must have been created by someone on my same IP network. Not sure why else this account has been flagged for block. Request unblock on account.

Decline reason:

No, it's not even ambiguous. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 06:00, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi NinjaRobotPirate or Drmies. I'm just wondering if there is any information as to the actions that led to my blocking. Since my account was flagged, I found out that the account Jfish992 was created by a housemate. They had asked me about a page getting deleted, so we had a look. If I had wanted to go ahead and edit pages, I would have used my account. Perhaps there was something else I did that caused my account to get flagged. I do assure you that I only have this one account, though I guess there really isn't a way I can prove that to you. Any information or direction would be greatly appreciated. Really would like to understand, and explain, with an aim to get unblocked Jwood74 (talk) 06:29, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

That's possible, but both you and Jfish992 write in sentence fragments without subjects (for example: "Request unblock on account.", "Shouldn’t be blocked.") Also, someone named Ccjfish uploaded an image of Lorien McKenna, which they took themselves, mere minutes before you created an article about McKenna. Kind of an odd coincidence, don't you think? Why does no one listen when I say "declare any conflicts of interest you have"? Drmies (talk) 11:39, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
