Thanks, but it's my photo and I'm sure you don't have full copyright. Maybe it was not understood you would be posting the photo on wikipedia or wikimedia, I am the only one authorised to do that with this photo. Please add a note to say that. Just a Ukraine Guy (talk) 01:11, 4 May 2013 (UTC)

The copyright license you published it under allows unrestricted sharing and remixing as long as there is attribution(by linking back to file which is automatically done) and by sharing it under the same license. Hi, thanks. I put up the original photograph. I had asked the subject to email me one but it took a while so I put this one I found on the internet up. Then the email with the photo came but saying that the photo was copyright of the photographer and just for personal use. I guess Just a Ukraine Guy is the photographer, so probably it's best to remove mine and keep his. Bensimo (talk) 12:23, 4 May 2013 (UTC)

As I understand it, Just a Ukraine Guy wants the photo that I put up, without copyright, deleted - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Graham_W_Phillips.jpg - and his photo, which he has copyright for, to stay - http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Graham_W_Phillips.JPG
