Neither the User:Synthesio social intelligence nor this one appear to be blocked. (The Synthesio probably ought to be, though.). You haven't changed your name - you've started a new account (which isn't the same thing...). Peridon (talk) 21:36, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

This account is not blocked. I see that on the talk page of your other account you were advised to either seek a re-name or simply start another account, which you have done. Use this account from now on - I will block the earlier one. You were, it appears, warned about promotional editing and conflict of interest.
