Hutterites edit

You wrote: "Hello Dan. I am a significant contributor and editor to both the Mountain Lake, Minnesota and the Mountain Lake Township, Cottonwood County, Minnesota articles. I would like to propose that we move the information you recently added to the Mountain Lake article to Mountain Lake Township. I think this would be the most appropriate in light of the fact that the Elmendorf Christian Community/colony is completely rural and no Hutterites reside in the city itself. Do so! I know something about Hutterites and Anabaptist in general, but nothing about Mountain Lake or Mountain Lake Township. - Dan Holsinger (talk) 11:43, 20 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Thanks Dan. I will try to do so yet this week. Jsniessen (talk) 14:46, 23 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Removing the 1907 Numbers From Oklahoma edit

As the Template:USCensusPop widget doesn't allow/display mid-decade numbers except for the most recent Census estimate (which goes in a separate field), my script's edits didn't remove any displayed data. I suppose I could've written it to switch all US Census Population templates over to the HistPop template which does allow mid-decade numbers. Of course, that would take a bunch of extra work ... what do you think? DemocraticLuntz (talk) 11:34, 11 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking me. If there are 1907 pop estimates from time of statehood, I would vote we keep them.Jsniessen (talk) 18:28, 11 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Eastern Mennonite University edit

Hello, Jsniessen, I have no particular stake in this, but think that 'killed' is more neutral and impartial term than 'murdered'. 'Executed' might even work, I guess, neutrality-wise. (Mr leroy playpus (talk) 02:51, 10 January 2019 (UTC))Reply

Request for review edit

Hi there! I'm not sure how active you are on the site anymore, but if you are, I was wondering if I might be able to coax you into reviewing Draft:Guns into Plowshares—a new article I've just proposed on the Esther Augsburger sculpture currently sitting on EMU's campus. I thought I'd ping you since I noticed that you'd done significant work on both the Eastern Mennonite University and Myron Augsburger pages. Note that I do have COI on this article; my wife is Michael Augsburger's daughter. But my interest in this sculpture precedes my marriage, and in any case I hope I've done a decent job of maintain neutral POV. Thanks for any guidance!
