Hi Jrussell0208. Thanks so much for expanding this article. I saw your question at the Tea House and fixed up the referencing for you. Don't worry about not getting it right the first time. It can be very fiddly! I found that the best way to learn how to do it was to look at an article where the references did work and copy the format. After a while it becomes second nature.
