Hello, Joshbodes, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Welcome!

Hi Joshbodes! Welcome to Wikipedia! I saw your recent edit to 2010 Haiti cholera outbreak. I'm really glad to see another editor interested in infectious diseases! It looks like you're editing as part of a class which is ending now, but I hope you decide to stick around. A lot of articles on infectious diseases and outbreaks could use a lot of work! If you are interested in staying, perhaps you might consider joining WikiProject Microbiology which is a gathering place for editors interested in microbiology. Alternatively WP:MED, WP:Viruses, and others would I'm sure be happy to have more help. If you have any questions about anything, or if you want to get more involved but aren't sure where to start, feel free to leave a message on my talk page or on the pages of any of those groups I mentioned above. Again, welcome aboard, and I hope you decide to stay and help improve Wikipedia! Happy editing! Ajpolino (talk) 03:42, 14 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
