Looking at your draft it is less promotional but I'm still not seeing what is notable or sigificant about the website. Per the notability guideline for web content articles on website must state more than a description of what the site is for; they must state why the site is notable or significant, such as winning an award, being written about in the media as a successful or highly used site, and so on. Not every website merits an article on Wikipedia; there must be something else about it other than it exists. 331dot (talk) 09:52, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
