Blanking nonsense pages
editPlease don't blank pages if you tag them for speedy deletion, it makes it harder to see if they are really speedy candidates or not. Kappa 23:53, 20 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- That is exactly what I was going to ask for. Also, please use edit summaries and {{deletebecause|some reason}} (or {{db|reason}} for short) instead of just {{delete}}. That way people looking at the deletion log can see what content was deleted and why—not only what was the title. Thanks. Rafał Pocztarski 01:21, 21 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I apologize
editWe have had a rash of page move vandals, and I jumped to conclusions, when I saw the mistitled article that you were moving, that you were another one. This was a jump to conclusions on my part, and I'm sorry. Where did that Pikipedia thing come from, anyway? RickK 07:27, Mar 21, 2005 (UTC)
from Feco
editThanks for the welcome message. I've used wikipedia for years; now that I have some spare time on my hands, I'm trying to contribute where I can. Feel free to tell me if I break any of the wiki etiquette rules. I'm using the help and FAQ sections, but I still may goof. Feco
