Personal Attacks

Hi Jim, I did not realize I made a personal attack. I'm new to Wikipedia and I mean no harm. I simply did not know how to handle another user waging an edit war on my edits. I repeatedly requested for specifics for the edit reversals from that user and got none, which frustrated me and I made a comment which summed up what I believed was the her personal motive behind the edit warring. I realize now that is unacceptable. Is it normal to administer a 'final' warning to a new user that has made an ad hominem attack with no previous warnings for such a thing? Please be kind, I mean no harm and I'm new to this.

You have apparently labeled the page as "spam" and I need more info from you as to how that occurs to you.

I think we need to have a discussion, focus on that page and its contents, and that this discussion should precede summary judgments made by anyone about the contents of the page.

If you click "What links here" on the Thomas Meyerhoffer page, there are three user pages (including this one) listed. No articles link to Thomas Meyerhoffer, which makes it an orphan. View all versions prior to 8 DEC 2012. They all cite the assistant principal stopping the shooter with a .45 caliber pistol. 18 DEC 2012 (today) the story has been changed repeatedly to delete this fact. I made those changes because I followed the links to the Citations, and found nothing in the sources that indicated her ancestry with complete accuracy.

One citation pointed to a death record which indicated the residence of a relative (Italy) and the other was an article in which she mentioned "She grew up in a large Italian home". I chose to lift that sentence verbatim and replace the less-than-accurate original with that.

I hope that isn't too much of a problem! I would revert the changes you made, but I think that would be disrespectful of me. If you are satisfied with my explanation, just let me know and I'll revert them immediately.

I have questions in the article ofTirumala Venkateswara Temple .My first question is In the part of "Etymology" Tiru means 'Holy' or 'Sacred' and mala means hills/mountain in Dravidian Languages. I do try to double check when Huggle adds a notification and remove if inappropriate such as with this removal. The Huggle notifications are not easily seen and I often miss them. Huggle needs a lot of fixes. The only alternative, I think is to not use Huggle. As the article was deleted, I am not able to see what happened. RymJym was blocked. Should s/he be unblocked? Actually Jim1138 I am a chartered accountant (the highest qualification in Pakistan) but language research is my hobby from childhood, Additionally I can speak a lot of Pakistani languages(also few foreign) because I have spent time in almost all parts of Pakistan due to my father postings. In year 2000 i visited Library of one of the most reputed Quid e Azam university in Pakistani Captial Islamabad, where i found District profile booklets as per National Census 1998 for each district of Pakistan issued by Statistic Division of Pakistan. I noted language data of each district. With GOOD FAITH i updated on Wikipedia district figures for all noted districts in year 2012. Additionally to stop ethnic hatred, where ever (Saraiki Vs Punjabi) conflict could to be avoided, I gave a common percentage under the head PUNJAB LOCAL PEOPLE DIFFERENT DIALECTS, who live together with love and friendship. Unfortunately I could not find a link on internet where these District profile booklets as per National Census 1998 are uploaded. Neither Pakistan Statistic division has uploaded them on there web site, the Statistic division has only given a very brief detail on each district on line with out any language information.
