Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add content (particularly if you change facts and figures), as you have to the article Highlife, please cite a reliable source for the content you're adding or changing. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Amsaim (talk) 15:21, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Babá Ken Okulolo edit

A tag has been placed on Babá Ken Okulolo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ttonyb (talk) 22:51, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

August 2010 edit

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Babá Ken Okulolo. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. ttonyb (talk) 23:04, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Pilif12p :  Yo  23:12, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did with Babá Ken Okulolo, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. ttonyb (talk) 23:17, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for November 6 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Kalil Wilson, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Producer and Zakir Hussain (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:07, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Berkeley Everett edit

The article Berkeley Everett has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

There are passing mentions of him in some sources, mostly in relation to Kalil Wilson around a decade ago. But there's nothing to indicate that Everett meets WP:MUSICBIO.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
