- In theory, a request can be posted at Wikipedia:Requested articles. In practice, article requests rarely succeed. There are people/companies who accept payments for creating articles. Most of these are scams. Either no work done, or a draft created that is unlikely to succeed. And the people involved would need to declare their paid status.
