Lucien (Mirbeau) CSD edit

I'd be happy for this page to be deleted, but A7 only applies to real people, not fictional characters. Cheers. Hairhorn (talk) 16:56, 1 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, IrishLad ! There is absolutely no reason for deleting this page : this censorship is unjustifiable and counterproductive ! In english Wikipedia, there are 226 pages in category "literary characters". There are 85 pages in category "Fictional French people". Where is the problem for you ? Most of them are unknow, but I don't ask for deleting them... Wikipedia is a serious encyclopedy, it's not a joke. Thank you for removing definitively this stupid tag !Oktavas (talk) 17:13, 1 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

April 2012 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Take Care, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you to seek consensus for certain edits. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 20:12, 3 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of David Moore (Rugby Player) edit

The article David Moore (Rugby Player) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. David Moore (Rugby Player) edit

Do not write any more hoax articles for winding up your friends. That's vandalism, and it will lose you your editing privileges. Uncle G (talk) 17:22, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Haha okay, I was actually just experimenting on how reliable Wikipedia is for information, and decided to create an article of a not very notable person. The person actually does exist btw, the only falsity about that article was the picture and references. IrishLad1916 (talk) 10:49, 26 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
