Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the username you have chosen (Iol uos hyd) seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of a group, company or website.

There are two issues with this:

1. It is possible that you have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, you must exercise great caution when editing on topics related to your organization.

Removal of maintenance templates

Please do not remove maintenance templates from articles, as you did in this edit to Institute of Law, University of Sindh, Metha Ram Hostel Building, Hyderabad without addressing the underlying maintenance need. In this particular case, the template referred to an ongoing discussion among Wikipedia editors as to whether the particular article should or should not be merged into the University of Sindh article. If you have an opinion on this matter, please make your voice heard in the discussion. But the merge template should not be removed until the discussion is closed. This has been done under section F2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.
