Donkey-bridge edit

Hi! I think what you are trying to describe is mnemonic. However, we don't use he expression 'donkey bridge' in English - we just say 'mnemonic'. Perhaps you can paraphrase your article, but as it's eally about the German expression Eselbrücke, I don't see much what you can do.--Kudpung (talk) 16:44, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Donkey-bridge edit

The article Donkey-bridge has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This appears to be an attempt to describe in English, the German expression 'Eselbrücke' , a nickname for any mnemonic. But as the translation 'donkey bridge' is not generally used in such a context in English, there is probably little encyclopedic value in making an article about the German expression.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Kudpung (talk) 00:04, 23 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
