Moved your article to your sandbox

Greetings, your WP:Userpage is usually used for basic introductions, badges for what Wikipedia teams/projects you work on, etc.

Accordingly, I've moved your draft article to User:Ian Narcisi/Ian Narcisi so you have a place especially for your draft. Based on your username, if the article is about yourself I strongly advise you read WP:Autobiography. Hope this helps. MatthewVanitas (talk) 14:20, 3 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Greetings, I declined your article for the time being and left a note at the top for which policies you'll need to comply with. Note it is hard to get an autobiography published, and folks will be real sticklers for the rules. Since you are a Living Person (clearly), everything in the article has to be sourced to something. Went to Acme School of Music from 2001-2004? Got to have a source. For really basic things (birthplace, etc) that people are unlikely to fudge, you can cite your own site if you have to, but all claims of professional accomplishments, awards, etc. must be cited to a WP:Reliable source. So not a blog, Facebook, forum, but to a serious publication. No matter how true you personally know it to be, if you were a roadie for The Acme Band in 2005, if you can't find an RS documenting this, you cannot include it. It's a pretty high bar, but you have to meet it to publish. Even if you leave AFC and just try to publish it on your own, it will end up being deleted pretty quick unless it meets all the standards of WP:N and WP:BLP. Good luck, and check in at the Teahouse if you need any mentorship from our volunteers. MatthewVanitas (talk) 00:35, 4 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello Ian Narcisi. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Ian Narcisi".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|User:Ian Narcisi/Ian Narcisi}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Hasteur (talk) 15:08, 27 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
