Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, but never when editing articles, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Elliott Moglica edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Elliott Moglica, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. It's entirely up to Citobun whether or not to revert your deletion on his talk page, but as a rule, you don't delete things on other people's talk pages, certainly not without explaining why. In addition, deleting something doesn't make it disappear: the page history has every edit available for anyone to see. freshacconci (✉) 02:18, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

I deleted my comment because you both have treated the author to unfairly. Abuse can come in many forms: one of them is the unjust decision taken by Citobun. Thank you.British Spelling 12:12, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
You deleted your comment because you are attempting to cover your tracks. You informed me that Moglica is in the UK. You have been claiming you are in the UK until recently. Now you are claiming to be in Toronto. Unfortunately, every page has an edit history and we can see anything that you have deleted. If Moglica is in the UK, as you clearly are, the Toronto IPs are a meatpuppet working on your behalf (and whoever is editing from those IP addressed is very obviously one person, since they are so inept at sockpuppetry). As for you, a checkuser can find out where your IP is coming from. Moglica is claiming via the Hot British account and via social media that he is in the UK. It has been proven in the past that Moglica uses sockpuppet accounts to promote himself. If the Hot British account is proven to be in the UK, it will be pretty clear that this is Moglica himself. This of course is obvious right now, as the way you use English is consistent in all your posts and all your social media activity. I suggest you refrain from any further activity related to Moglica. You haven't been blocked yet as a sockpuppet, but your current campaign will not win you any allies. No one likes a self-promoter who harasses others and makes wild accusations. I've asked you before to read WP:NOT. Please do so. freshacconci (✉) 14:02, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: Yeah, I just hit save and an alert popped up about the block. It was futile to write anything to begin with but when self-promoters are so blatant and dishonest it kind of sticks in my craw. He's blocked now, until the next sock appears. And judging by his efforts here and on social media, sockpuppetry is his MO. Or there really are several Facebook groups and Twitter accounts set up by a dedicated fanbase devoted to Moglica. freshacconci (✉) 14:17, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

UNJUST DECISION: Neil, it is with great sadness to see some people treating an author of 15 books to unfairly.UNJUST. How would you feel? Treatment of this author this way, iis an abuse of authority. And abuse of authority is in violation with Wikipedia's policy. Abuse can come in many forms: one of them is the unjust decision taken by a group of friends. Thank you.
Hi Neil, could you please tell me how can I make that article better? Cheers!

I volunteered just like each of you to make Wikipedia a place for all. As a reader of an author, I helped with this article. And, think I should have the right to help Wikipedia with an article on an author that has given so much to make the world better. Also, other editors have contributed in that article, by translating articles from sources in other tongues, and suddenly someone just deletes it. Given that you've been trying to promote yourself here for almost five years, resorting to using multiple sock puppets, there's no reason why we should take anything you say at face value. --NeilN talk to me 15:27, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Neil, thanks for your reply. First of all, I'm not promoting anyone - I just like to help Wikipedia. Second, let me make it clear, once again, I have ZERO connection with the author. I'm ONLY a reader of the author. Third, I have helped to support that article with facts and only facts. Since you have more experience on Wikpedia, please teach me what steps should I take? Cheers!British Spelling 15:37, 17 April 2017 (UTC)
You are aware of our rules against the use of sockpuppets for improper purposes like deception, having been blocked multiple times for this, and you have also been warned repeatedly that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a means of promotion. You should be well aware of your transgressions by now. Please stop wasting the time of volunteers. Citobun (talk) 16:36, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Dear Citobun, Thank you for your time. I have no idea about 'multiple times', but I know that this is the FIRST time I've been blocked. In addition, just like other volunteers, I like to help Wikipedia - the place that gives voice to ALL. I'm not promoting the author, I have stated facts only -- supported with numerous references. Once again, I have no connection with the author, and I like my voice to not be buried because I like certain authors. Once again, as a reader of the author, I have helped to support that article with facts and only facts. But, someone just deleted it. Let's us make Wikipedia the place that gives voice to all. Thanks again for understanding. British Spelling 01:57, 18 April 2017 (UTC)

Deletion Review edit

Elliott Moglica edit

Elliott Moglica (talk|edit|history|logs|links|watch) (restore)

significant new information has come to light since the deletion that would justify recreating the deleted page.

reference= Rama, Halil. Red. Qamil Xhani. "Moglica, poeti motivues i kryeministrit kanadez". Memoria Historike e Kombit. (Botues) CLASIC PRINT": Tirane, 2016, 185-90. ISBN: 978-9928-4332-0-6 [21] British Spelling
You really need to stop. Everyone knows you are Moglica himself. Sockpuppetry is Moglica's MO on Wikipedia and on social media. I already caught you in the lie about "Hot British" being in Toronto. And now you return with a self-published book, "published" by this Peterborough UK-based print service, that mentions Moglica? This is a waste of everyone's time. No one has a "right" to a Wikipedia article. Your attempts to promote your work via Wikipedia has been stopped. Unless something in the future changes, real notability per WP:NOTE, real sources per WP:RS and being not in violation of WP:NOT, I can't imagine this article will be unsalted. freshacconci (✉) 15:56, 24 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Dear Freshcconci and all, Thank you for your time. I'm so sorry, but I must say this: I'm NOT Moglica at all. I know this, the significant information to the light is that it is NOT self-published at all. Please consider the facts. Alos, please note that in that book you have the President of NATO country as well. I just have stated the facts and only facts and you should focus on facts. Once again, I have no connection with the author, and I like MY voice to NOT be buried because I like certain authors. Again, as a reader of the author, I have helped to support that article with facts and only facts. I believe this: Wikipedia's policy to 'give voice to all'. I love Wikipedia as you do - and I will continue to love it. We, all, are volunteer to make Wikipedia the place that gives voice to ALL. Thanks again for understanding. Best regards. British Spelling 23:46, 24 April 2017 (UTC)
Wikipedia's "policy" is most definitely not "to give voice to all". As for the rest of your comment, seeing as every account you've used has been blocked and the article has been salted, there's really nothing else to say. You seem to have little regard for others' time and likewise you have little regard for the competence of other editors: competence to know a self-published source (it was self-printed at a service printer -- we can all google the name of the printer) and the ISBN number appears to be fake (again, google -- we all know how to use it). Please do everyone the favour and refrain from posting more nonsense. And please know, per your many, many twitter and facebook accounts, that no one who has edited and commented here is attempting to silence you or is jealous of you or is attacking you because you write about Justin Trudeau. I can't speak for everyone, but I am only personally appalled by such blatant self-promotion and nothing more. freshacconci (✉) 00:47, 25 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Hello Freshaccoci, thank you for your time. I've read on Wikipedia over that it is the ONLY place that gives voice to ALL. I do not wish to control anyone, so feel free to block everyone who supports this author. Well, I love Wikipedia - as much as you. Also, I am so sorry but the ISBN number is NOT fake at ALL. The ISBN(s) 9927, 99943, 99956 and 9928 are the OFFICIAL ISBN(s) in that country. These ISBN-s are issued by the Library and Archives of the county, and they are NOT 'nonsense'. Also, there is NO self-promotion here, but reference and only reference. This book supported with references state the facts ONLY. I support facts as much as you do, because we BOTH love Wikipedia. Thus, once again, please have a look regarding '9988' ISBN via this link: [22]. As to the significant new information has come to light, in the same source -- on the front page of the book is the President of the country as well. As such, have a look to see the significant new information that has come to light since the deletion that would justify recreating the deleted page. Thank you for your tim.e Respectfully, British Spelling 01:34, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
Thanks again for your time. I know one thing that WE are ALL from Earth. That's what I know. And, we ALL can make our planet a better place while beeing FAIR towards everyone - including this author. I'm so sorry to say, but fairness here is to consider the significant new information provided above that would justify recreating the deleted page again. Did you check the ISBN link above? It is issued by the Library and Archives of a nation and all profiles of people in the book are regarding notable people. Again, I thank you all for your time and consideration. Anyone can register an ISBN. Citobun (talk) 05:29, 30 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Hello Citobun. Thank you for your comment and your time to make Wikipedia a place to give voice to ALL. I am terribly sorry but I have to disagree. In that country NOT 'anyone' can get the ISBN number. Here is a link: [[23]] The ISBN number is provided ONLY to PUBLISHERS who exercise their activity within the territory of the country -- based on "Article 28 of Law no. 9616, dated 27.09.2006" and "Article 47 of Law no. 9616, dt. 27.09.2006". And the ISBN numbers awarded are four: 99927, 99943, 99956 and 9928. As such, I'm so sorry to say, but fairness here is to consider the significant new information provided above that would justify recreating the deleted page again. I thank you and all for your time and fair consideration. Regards.British Spelling 18:51, 30 April 2017 (UTC)
