Welcome edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Here's how the messaging works. But, you can just use the article discussion page if you want. The thing is the editor addressed might not be on the article now and might not plan to get back. On the pooh-pooh I suppose you mean something like "this is not encyclopedic style." OK. It is acceptable informal English though. English is very flexible. You can plug almost anything in as a part of speech.

On your user page you don't have to do a big display. "Soon" leaves some uncertainty whether this is in fact a user page.Dave 12:54, 8 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's OK, I changed it. I've run into the same thing wih British provincialisms. The British do not realize they are provincialisms. If you read philosophy you'll be seeing me for a while. I jump around a bit.Dave 19:55, 8 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

File copyright problem with File:Urinalysis.jpg edit

File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Urinalysis.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Closedmouth (talk) 08:34, 12 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

You're invited! edit

Hello, Horiavulpe,

You are invited meet with your fellow Wikipedians by attending the Montréal meetup scheduled on Sunday, June 27, 2010; between 1500 - 1700 to be held at the Comité Social Centre Sud (CSCS), located at 1710 Beaudry, in Montréal. You can sign up at the meetup page.

The meetup is happening in concurrence with RoCoCo 2010, a free, bilingual, weekend unconference including many people involved with Wikis both within the Wikipedia/Wikimedia Community and abroad. You do not need to attend the conference to sign up for the Wikimeetup, but you are certainly welcome! Bastique ☎ call me!

(PS: Please share this with those you know who might not be on the delivery list, i.e. Users in Montreal/Quebec)
