Regarding your edits at Unisex public toilet, reliable sources are needed to support the changes. As for mentioning "the dictionary definition" in an edit summary, it does not suffice because there is more than one dictionary. Changing sourced content can cause it to say things not in the original source. Other editors reviewing sources should be able to verifiy that content comes from the sources.
