Rama's Setu

I think I am creating 2 different articles

  1. Adams Bridge (Mythology)
  2. Rama's Setu (Mythology)

I think this problem should be solved. BalanceΩrestored Talk 07:48, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

I've tried to stand aside from not getting into an argument. I've registered an ANI as directed by VS.BalanceΩrestored Talk 08:12, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
It is better to stay away from these things. Keep in touch. I know you tried your best. But, when it is very clear what was going on I don't think I should spend my energy at it at all. There are better things to do in the world. I'm contactable over email. I will surely take all the GOOD here. But, editing in bad circumstances is really unwise. Adoption

Hi there, I am indeed still looking for someone to adopt me. Would you be willing to? Limiro 10:19, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Great, where do I start? Limiro 11:59, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Line colors of Kintetsu

Hi. Are the colors you are using in Kintetsu line templates the official ones? If so, could you replace the line colors in other Kintetsu line templates with "crimson" line color (Kyoto Line, Kashihara Line, Nara Line etc.)? Sorry but I can't help the task since I don't know the official line colors. --Sushiya 13:11, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

RE:Questions on Bots

You need absolutely no programming knowledge to run an AWB bot. You just tell it what to do, and it does it. Just find a really needed task that would be really hard for a human to do, and I'll guide you through the steps :-) Happy editing! --Boricuaeddie 20:14, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Great. Let's get started. First, read the AWB manual. Second post here the name of the category of the articles you want tagged with the template. Then, download AWB (if you haven't already) and do a manual test. To do this, add the name of the category to the "Make from category" line. Then, click "make list". Then go to "convert to talk pages", a feature found at the "list" menu at the top of AWB. Then, select "Append" and add {{WikiProject Japan|class=|importance=}}. Then, tell it to skip articles that already have the "{{WikiProject Japan" prefix. After you do this manually, tell me, and I'll review your edits and help you with the next step; requesting bot approval. --Boricuaeddie 21:48, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
Excellent. Read User_talk:Betacommand/20070801#Bannershell, and you'll be ready to request approval for your bot :-) --Boricuaeddie 02:08, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
It basically says how to make it properly add templates to talk pages even when they have Template:WikiProjectBannerShell. If I'm not explaining well enough, please ask another editor; I'm not good with bots, anyway :-) --Boricuaeddie 02:43, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

WP:Bio assessment drive

You do know that this drive is ending on September 1, right? It just made me go O__o to see you join in so late. BrokenSphereMsg me 01:59, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

There could be worse things you could be doing I guess. =) I personally spent a lot of July assessing and am glad I quit when I did, gotten a lot of things done I couldn't have otherwise and started having fun on Wikipedia again. Have fun assessing. BrokenSphereMsg me 02:13, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Deletion of User_talk:BalanceRestored

Hirohisat, Is there any particular reason that you have requested speedy deletion of User_talk:BalanceRestored ? As per wikipedia policy user talk pages are not generally deleted and in this case they contain comments by not only BR but also plenty of other users and no instances of personal attacks or revelation of any personal information. Also since BR has a history of sock-puppetry, I think it would be useful to retain access to the page.
I, of course, have no objections to the deletion of the user page. Abecedare 04:01, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

I've decided to go alone

Thanks for your help so far. I will walk alone from here. I know you've tried your best. BalanceΩrestored Talk 05:50, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

I'll ask you, if I am stuck. You are the nicest person I've ever met. BalanceΩrestored Talk 06:05, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Grand Crimean Central Railway

Hirohisat. Thanks for passing Grand Crimean Central Railway as a GA and your advice on WTA. I will go through the article in due course and sort them out. Best wishes. Peter. Peter I. Vardy 09:18, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Co. Nom of Boricaeddie

Hey. I saw that you co. nominated Boricaeddie. I nominated him because he is a good editor, and I ma glad you joined me. I hope he does accept! Politics rule 21:47, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, Hirohisat, but I don't think I have the community's trust. Sorry. --Boricuæddie 21:56, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, but I just don't feel comfortable accepting it... Gimme some time to think about it. --Boricuæddie 22:11, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks...
Thank you for showing your support for me in my recent RfA. Unfortunately, I was unable to earn the required consensus and did not succeed. I do hope to put in another request in a few months, once I have improved upon the concerns addressed by the rest of the participants. Your expressed trust in me will definitely help me reach that goal. Thank you again, and happy editing! Hersfold (t/a/c) 01:23, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Nomination

Give me a day or two to think about it. --Tλε Rαnδom Eδιτor (tαlk) 01:45, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

I accept. However, I may take a day or two getting around to answering and officially accepting. --Tλε Rαnδom Eδιτor (tαlk) 19:18, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Our reverts

Hi Dreadstar, you seemed to be very active in reverts. One of them, which was St Monica's College probably had a mistake revert since it restored the version with words "shit" and stuff. --Hirohisat Kiwi 07:39, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I wasn't quite done with the article before everybody else jumped in, all revert-happy, there was massive vandalism to clean up, a single revert probably wouldn't have done the job. Your revert restored vandalism too, which was then reverted by the next reverter. What fun! Dreadstar 07:43, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Paptimus Scirocco

I agree that this article needs to be fixed, and I've already made a few changes, but I would NOT delete it considering his epic final confrontation with ZETA Gundam protagonist Kamille Bidan. Shaneymike 14:22, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
