What a timely issue! Providing information about this DACA litigation will be a great resource. Because it’s such a recent issue, there may not be a ton of law reviews discussing the case. You may look at legal blogs or online law reviews, which are more timely publication sources. You could also consider situating this case within the broader framework of DACA/DAPA litigation. Kwan's Peer Review 1

@Hernandp19, great job creating an article that provides such timely and helpful information! I was surprised there wasn't already an existing article on such an important topic. You did a great job presenting an arguably controversial topic in a neutral and objective manner and cited reliable sources where necessary. The section headers are also great signposts, as they are clear and informative. I also found the hyperlinks in the "Decision" section to be really helpful.

A couple points of constructive feedback you might consider:

1) It might be helpful to the reader, especially he/she who lacks familiarity with the topic, if you provided hyperlinks in the intro paragraph. For example, you could provide the hyperlink for DACA (in fact, it might even be worth it to spell it out the first time) in the intro paragraph, and maybe even the APA.

2) You might consider mentioning at the end of the intro paragraph that the case has been appealed (I know you mention it later, but doing it here might be informative!).

3) I may be wrong, but it appears that certain cases at the district court are missing some information (e.g., the year that the district court ruled on the Regents of the Univ. of Cal. case). If I'm incorrect, please disregard this comment.

4) You might consider either moving the DAPA hyperlink to where it first comes up (in the "Filing the Case" section) or adding it there as well.

5) Lastly, if the case opinion is available on Westlaw or Lexis, providing pincites might be helpful to the reader.

Overall great job again! I really enjoyed reading and reviewing your article, and learned a ton in the process, so thank you! KKim2019 (talk) 00:14, 12 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
