You are changing climate details so they no longer match their sources

You should never do this. Besides all the temperature changes, you made changes such as the one at Isfahan which evidently has a Köppen climate classification BWk = Cold desert climate to a Cold semi-arid climate which is BSk. That makes no sense. BWk is not the same. Of course neither is sourced so that's a problem, but you can't make an article state that BWk means something it doesn't.
