Accepting articles at AfC edit
Hi. You accepted Raj Kamdar at AfC, but I have just deleted it under WP:CSD#A7 - no credible claim of significance or importance. I'm sorry, but I didn't see anything there but an ambitious and energetic teenager, almost certainly writing about himself (because I doubt anyone else would be interested in writing about him). All the references were things he did or wrote himself, there was none of the "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" required for notability. The only sort of external assessment was that an essay he wrote was in the top 200 in a competition. That is not nearly enough for a Wikipedia article.
That is not just my opinion - an article about him was deleted on 4 December by another admin, Peridon (talk). You accepted that one as well. Please read WP:N and WP:BIO before accepting more articles at AfC: articles do not have to be perfect, but it does their authors no favours to accept ones which are clearly not going to survive. Repost of Rutvik Oza edit
A tag has been placed on Rutvik Oza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this:
