Your addition to Thiamine was reverted. The English Wikipedia requires a high standard of scientific evidence for medical/health claims. If thiamine is effective in treating melasma, then that should be added to the text (not External links), BUT only is there is a published review article in a science journal that summarizes the results of several clinical (human) trials.
