I have read the guidelines and understand the process now, thank you for pointing me to the right direction sir.

I have chosen the nickname Neuralnetworkin. it is simply the nickname of my personal email address. Is this nickname in line with the username policy of Wikipedia?

I don't receive any compensation or whatsoever. I don't want to promote anything. I am an Student enrolled in a MSc programme in Engineering Business Management at Coventry University. I have an Honours degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and If I will be unblocked I want to write encyclopaedic entries in good faith and with references. If you change my name and unblock me I intend to make useful contributions to Wikipedia in the field of finance, engineering and management.
