Go Hokies, you are invited to the Teahouse! edit

Hi Go Hokies! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. Be our guest at the Teahouse! The Teahouse is a friendly space where new editors can ask questions about contributing to Wikipedia and get help from peers and experienced editors. I hope to see you there! Missvain (I'm a Teahouse host)

Thanks for the invite to the project... edit

I will definitely consider it. I was accepted to Tech but opted for JMU. Right now Madison football is losing their game...and if they lose, their season is effectively over. Once again, thanks for the invite. Freddiem (talk) 23:04, 14 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

I'm not interested in Virginia Tech. A company called VA Tech Wabag was my main interest. It was connected with a company that used to have a factory near where I live, and improvements to that article were a result of my trying to write about the other company. And I think you can see why there was eventually a connection to Virginia Tech.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 19:18, 15 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the invitation to join WikiProject Virginia Tech, but my only connection to Virginia Tech aside from making a few edits to related Wikipedia articles is that I have two cousins who attended Virginia Tech in 2007, but both of them were thankfully not on campus when the shooting occurred.--TommyBoy (talk) 03:42, 21 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the invite to the Virginia Tech project invite. Sorry to get back to you 18 days late but I just got back on Wikipedia. I however respectfully decline the invitation. (I Dan tha Man I (talk) 19:07, 16 January 2016 (UTC))Reply

January 2018 edit

Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia free of vandalism. However, one or more edits you labeled as vandalism, such as the edit at Western Governors University, are not considered vandalism under Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia has a stricter definition of the word "vandalism" than common usage, and mislabeling edits as vandalism can discourage editors. Please see what is not vandalism for more information on what is and is not considered vandalism. Thank you. JohnInDC (talk) 23:01, 21 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
