I'm not sure if you know or not, but the list of words are just examples (we don't have to put every word) that are used while speaking English, but only in the Philippines, or in a very different way in the Philippines. You added a lot of words that are used in other variations of English. For example: air con - this is an internationally used term, non-exclusive to Philippine English.
