No idea what this means -- Gahaynes (talk) 17:30, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Please tell me what this warning refers to — I made editing corrections to a page 47.224.222.220 (talk) 23:40, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
please explain what this warning is about — all I did was make editing corrections to one page (replaced a paragraph that had major error) 47.224.222.220 (talk) 23:43, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Sorry about this issue Dr. Haynes, some users have a tendency to blanketly revert edits without considering their context. This section of the article that you object to seems to have been added by archaeology students as part of a college class run by @SpringDraw:. I didn't have access to the sources and so I couldn't determine that it was inaccurate, my apologies. I've read a lot of your work on this topic and have great respect for it. Please let me know if you see any other issues. Hemiauchenia (talk) 18:27, 2 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Many thanks. The rest of the entry on Clovis seemed fine, but there’s often someone too eager to find fault or distort what’s in original sources about fluted point researchers — probably a form of comeuppance, I guess. 47.224.222.220 (talk) 18:34, 2 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
