This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

@Anthony Bradbury: Hi Anthony. You have deleted my draft for Dynamic Encryption since it contains text from a blog post. However, I have permission from Lars to use the text for this article. Copying copyrighted text, even with personal permission from the author, is difficult in Wikipedia. Not impossible; see WP:PERMISSION.----Anthony Bradbury^"talk" 21:36, 1 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Anthony Bradbury: That sounds a bit complicated considering the amount of copied text. Is it possible for you to send me the deleted text? I put quite a bit of effort in finding citation sources, etc. that I'd like to use for a new article draft. Then I will write the article in my own words instead.
