Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, ForTupan. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:Maria-Ana Tupan, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Please be mindful not to perform controversial edits while logged out, or your account risks being blocked from editing. Please consider reading up on Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts before editing further. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. I don't like to repeat myself! I don't use multiple accounts, I don't make controversial edits! I posted without being logged in because the name I chose is similar to the name of the edited article (I chose it out of respect for the author), and inexperienced Wikipedians thought it was self-promotion, which is FALSE. Check MY IPs, logged in, not logged in, because I'm telling the truth. And, tell me, is it mandatory to be logged in when I edit an article? I think not. Just so we are clear - you are repeatedly logging out of your account and leaving messages for people/making edits about a subject that you are editing about while logged into your account. That is inappropriate - log in to edit, so that people know who they are talking to. Indeed. ForTupan, seriously - knock it off. Go and do something else for a week, or appeal the block if you are willing to commit to not editing disruptively. If you persist in just ignoring the block, we will likely end up blocking this account indefinitely, and blocking the IP ranges that you're using.
