Regarding the Infobox on the U.S. Presidential election, 2008 article..

edit

I have responded at the article talk page.

What about adding Bob Barr to the following?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_United_States_presidential_candidates%2C_2008#Economic_issues

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_United_States_presidential_candidates%2C_2008#Foreign_policy

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_United_States_presidential_candidates%2C_2008#Social_issues

I feel that the info box with the other two should go if it is not going to reflect all the candidates! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Braslinut (talkcontribs) 21:55, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Large Hadron Collider, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --Kralizec! Talk:United States presidential election, 2008

edit

I responded to your comment on Talk:United States presidential election, 2008. I'm notifying you here because it looks like that discussion died down a few days ago. I think not including candidates is a fine idea, but in any case, Wikipedia shouldn't be in the position of promoting the two-party system (or for that matter, promoting any alternatives either). - PhilipR (talk) 06:42, 25 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Adoption Offer

Welcome to Wikipedia!

Hello there, Final Philosopher. I'd like to welcome you to Wikipedia. I noticed you are seeking a mentor. Let me introduce myself.

About Me

edit

I have been kicking around online here since April'09. I struggled, like most newbies, and slowly gained experience. Most of what I learned was self taught. For months I edited and warred (under a different identity), making friends and also disgruntling several editors. This month I started fresh under my new name.

I tinker with improvements, including fixing page layouts. I've created some userboxes in the past. I love tutoring newbies and whacking vandals.

My Services

edit

I answer questions, show solutions to problems and give advice. I also handout some cool goodies.

If you decide to take me up on your offer, leave a message on my talk page. Linuxzarth (R) 21:57, 13 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors, as you did at my user page. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. That is a very inappropriate thing to place on anyone's page, if you feel the need to insult people do it somewhere other than WP. Behaviors like that will get you banned. BTW, no I am not a virgin, as my wife and former girlfriends will attest to --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 18:37, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
