I'll be including the proper citations and bibliography, but I have yet to learn how to do that with an archived link, together with the original link. Please read wikipedia:routine, wikipedia:notability (WP:GNG). Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a yellow pages, not a webhost, not a directory of human name. The draft, currently did not have a reliable source that had a significant coverage on that person in order to show he is notable to have an entry in an encyclopedia. I want to point out you should not write about yourself or person that you are closely associated, nor you can't write about your boss , or being paid and hired to write about someone (see wikipedia:paid).

Secondly, where did you get this image File:Francis Baraan.jpg and File:Francis Baraan IV.jpg? if download from the web, it is copyrights violation. If you take the picture, it is not a copyrights violation, but a concern of Wikipedia:COI. Matthew_hk tc 14:17, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
